1. UNPRECEDENTED RECORD SUCCESS
A record of success is important because it proves that a law firm possesses top skills and competence. Success reflects hard work, doing your homework, and being able to handle the toughest cases against the toughest opponents. Consistent success means consistent excellence. Our firm has settled more than 25 cases for over a million dollars as of the date of this blog. No other firms in Central Washington, and only a few in Seattle, compare with such a record of success. We have achieved some of the top monetary results ever achieved in the entire Northwest.
2. BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP BY A NATIVE OF EASTERN WASHINGTON
Tamaki Law’s success is local and hard-earned. I am a Japanese American trial lawyer who grew up in Yakima. I attended Yakima Public Schools, graduating from Davis High School in 1975. I started with literally nothing when I started Tamaki Law. With my loyal secretary, I ventured out with a few pens, no paper, and didn’t even own a computer. I stayed up until 3:00 a.m. putting together my office furniture and sleeping overnight at my office to start Tamaki Law. I’ve overcome serious medical issues, fierce opposing lawyers, skeptical judges, tough juries, and dirty tricks to achieve success as a trial lawyer. The practice I’ve developed at Tamaki Law is committed to serving Eastern Washington and doing our part to improve the quality of life in our own community.
3. SKILLED AND DIVERSE TEAM
Tamaki Law hires and retains the very best lawyers to maintain the success of the firm. Our lawyers are all hand-picked: all-stars, award-winning, and truly compassionate professionals. Our professional paralegals and staff are bright, friendly, empathetic, and efficient. In order to win the “war” for our clients in litigation, I am committed to hiring the very best warriors and the very best support teams to create the very best systems to consistently achieve successful results.
Our team is also diverse. We are diverse by both coincidence and by choice. I believe in diversity. I myself am diverse. However, our team is not selected because they reflect diversity. They happen to be diverse because they also happen to be the best. Our firm reflects the face of America and our own community because the best of America is without regard to gender, religion, race, or ethnicity.
4. WE GO FOR IT
When we take your case, we “go for it.” We hire only the top experts in their respective fields. To hire such experts is expensive, but we have built a “war chest” of reserves to combat the unlimited resources of the insurance industry. Protection of our clients, achieving our clients’ goals, and displaying true courage for our clients are our strengths. We possess wisdom, good judgment, and we guide and advise our clients to safety and protection. If you choose us to battle your case, we will provide you the best support, guidance, advice, and protection that we can offer.
We look forward to helping you.
