Tim Rosewell

Tim Rosewell is a plaintiff’s attorney at Tamaki Law who represents individuals and families in serious personal injury, sexual abuse, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury matters. He is committed to helping clients navigate some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives and holding negligent individuals, institutions, corporations, and insurance companies accountable.

Tim has represented survivors of childhood sexual abuse in cases involving widespread institutional negligence and failures to protect vulnerable individuals from harm. He understands the sensitive and deeply personal nature of these cases and approaches each client with compassion, discretion, and careful attention to the unique circumstances of their experience.

Before joining Tamaki Law, Tim represented defendants in complex civil litigation. His defense-side experience provides valuable insight into how insurance companies, corporations, and defense counsel evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies. That perspective allows him to anticipate defenses, identify weaknesses in opposing positions, and develop practical strategies for pursuing the best possible outcome for his clients.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tim worked as a commercial general liability claims adjuster for a national insurance carrier. His experience evaluating liability, damages, and litigation risk gives him a firsthand understanding of the insurance industry’s claims process and the factors that influence how insurers evaluate and resolve cases.

Tim takes pride in thorough preparation, clear communication, and personal attention to his clients. He believes effective advocacy begins with understanding the person behind the case and continues through diligent preparation and a willingness to fight for what is right.
