Andrew Neeley

Andrew Neeley grew up in Kennewick, Washington after his family moved to the Tri-Cities from Southern Idaho. He attended Brigham Young University – Provo and graduated with his BS in Family Science. During undergrad, Andrew found a passion for advocacy while interning at the Academy for Child and Family Services and at the Utah office of Guardian Ad Litem.

Andrew attended law school at the University of Oregon. While in law school, he helped found the University of Oregon chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, serving as president. He also served as a founding board member of the Affinity Organization Coalition, a coalition of organizations advocating for the University of Oregon School of Law’s minority community. In law school, he focused his studies on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and sports law.

Because of his love of the Pacific Northwest and Eastern Washington specifically, he is excited to return back home to the Tri-Cities. Andrew joins Tamaki Law after passing the July 2025 Uniform Bar Exam and becoming licensed as an Attorney in the State of Washington.

In his free time, Andrew loves sports and music. His favorite teams are the Seahawks, Mariners, Oregon Ducks, Kraken, Sounders, and Supersonics (hoping they return soon). He is particularly passionate about the team-building aspect of sports and loves following college recruiting and professional league drafts. Andrew loves Grunge, Metal, and Alternative rock music.

Andrew is proficient in Spanish.
