Bailey Black grew up in the Rogue Valley in Oregon. She graduated cum laude from Southern Oregon University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Criminal Justice.
In 2015, Bailey moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was selected as a Thomas More Scholar and Managing Editor of Gonzaga Law Review. She graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor Degree in 2018.
During law school, she interned at the Unemployment Law Project and worked as a legal extern at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in Spokane.
Making a Difference in Eastern Washington
With her passion for advocacy and social justice, Bailey joined Tamaki Law in 2018 after graduating law school.
She enjoys doing public service work in the community and has volunteered her time with organizations such as the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association and the Department of Human Services (Child Welfare).
Bailey is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Benton Franklin County Bar Association, and an active Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). She is licensed to practice in all courts in Washington state.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, live music, painting/drawing, fitness, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
